Before you fill out this application or interview to become a River Club co-worker, we want to share with you a few things about our company: what we are about, what we are looking for in a new co-worker, and what to expect should you be invited to join The River Club. 
Customer service and guest satisfaction are the foundations of our business. The ability to provide a great service to our guests is a requirement for all positions at The River Club. As a River Club co-worker, you will be asked to do whatever it takes to ensure our guests enjoy the highest quality experience. 

To work for The River Club, all co-workers must adhere to the following requirements and rules of conduct:

  • Maintain an appropriate, clean, and presentable appearance at all times. 
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Arrive promptly for their scheduled shifts.

  • Be flexible and cooperative in the work they are asked to preform.
  • Be safety-conscious and obey all safety rules and policies.
  • Be willing to "go the extra mile," both for our guests and for their co-workers.
  • Take pride in the company, the facility, and their work.

I hereby certify that the information contained in this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and agree that The River Club (“Company”) may confirm any of the statements unless I have indicated to the contrary. I recognize and agree that the Company may conduct a general inquiry and investigation into my background and employment history, and in the event that I am offered a position with the Company, into my background as well.                 In consideration of my employment, I agree to conform to and abide by the rules and standards of the Company and agree that my employment and compensation can be terminated at will, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time, either at my option or at the option of the Company. I understand that no employee or representative of the Company, other than the Owner of the Company, has any authority to enter  into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time , or to make any express or implied agreement contrary to the foregoing, Further, the Owner of the Company may not alter the at-will nature of the employment relationship or enter into any agreement for a specified period of time unless the Owner and I both sign a written agreement that clearly and expressly specifies that intent to do so. I agree that this application, along with other employment documents, including the Arbitration Agreement, which I ill sign if I am hired, shall constitute a final and fully binding integrated agreement with respect to the at-will nature of my employment relationship and that there are no oral or collateral agreement regarding this issue.
